Curriculum Updates

Course content is updated periodically to reflect developments in the field. Enrolled learners will receive updated materials at no additional cost during their access period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain accurate, up-to-date content, we make no representations about completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the outcomes of any learning activity.

We do not make any promises about employment, career advancement, or specific skills gained from completing a course. Learning outcomes depend on the effort, background, and goals of the individual.

Our courses do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Any code, models, or applications you build while studying are your own responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Neuralia's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the course fee you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or as otherwise required by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuralia and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service in a manner not permitted hereunder, or any content you submit to the platform.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these terms or are misusing the Service.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

To initiate a dispute, contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the issue.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.

Notices: Legal notices to Neuralia should be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our practices. The revised date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

For enrolled learners, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
